Travel Around

Travel Around is located at Amar Cottage in the Lower Chakar area, right on NH 22 in Kachi Ghati. Being on the national highway means we see a lot of cars and buses going past all day long. Our office is part of the cottage, so it feels very grounded and local. We aren't a high-end agency with fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the work done: some chairs, a couple of phones, and our ledgers. We help people plan their journeys through the hills, whether they are just passing through or staying for a while. We don't do all that marketing talk you see on the big websites. We just speak plainly. If you need a car, we find one. If you want to know which road is faster, we tell you based on what we heard from the drivers this morning. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when the tourist season hits and everyone is in a hurry, but we do our best to keep up. We are just a few people who know the area well. We don’t have a big corporate office in a city; we are right here on the road. We take things as they come and try to be helpful. It’s not a complicated business model. We just provide a service and try to keep our customers satisfied in an honest, simple way.
