Our office is located at New Sharma Bhawan, right up in Jubberhatti. If you've ever flown into Shimla, you know we're pretty close to the airport. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main town, which is nice. We spend a lot of time watching the flights come and go. Being out here means we see a different side of Shimla than the people staying on the Mall Road. We’ve been set up here for a good bit now. It’s a local operation, mostly just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We handle a lot of the transport stuff that needs doing in this part of the hills. The weather can change fast here, so we’re always keeping an eye on the sky. Some days it’s sunny and clear, other days the fog rolls in and everything slows down. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just answer the phones and talk to people who need help getting from one place to another. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to it. People find us because they need someone who knows the roads around the airport and the interior parts of the district. We keep our paperwork in order and try to be as helpful as possible without making a big fuss about it. Living and working in Jubberhatti means we know everyone around here. It’s a small community and we like it that way. We've been here for years now.
