We are located right out by Jubbar Hatti on the Airport Road. If you are flying into Shimla, you’ll pass right by us. Shimla Manali Tour And Travels is basically a small office near the airport area. It is quite a distance from the main Shimla town, so it feels very different out here. The air is clear and you can see the planes coming in when the weather is good. We focus on getting people from the airport over to Manali or up into the higher hills. The office is just a simple room where we keep our logs and wait for the flight arrivals. It’s often quiet here between flights, which gives us time to fix up the schedules. We don't have any polished brochures or a big sales floor. It is just a desk, a phone, and a lot of local knowledge about the roads to Kullu and Manali. The road out here to Jubbar Hatti is a long winding one, but it is a beautiful drive. We mostly deal with people who are just landing and need a reliable way to get to their hotels. Being at the airport means we have to be ready at all sorts of odd hours. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it seem like more than it is. We just provide transport and travel help for those arriving in this part of Himachal. It is a long day sometimes but we like the pace out here.
