Shimla Hills Tour & Travel

Our shop is Shop No-1 in the Desh Raj Thakur building over in Ghana Hatti. It’s right near the post office, so it isn't hard to find if you are in the area. We’ve been running Shimla Hills Tour & Travel from this spot for quite some time. It is a small place, mostly just a desk and some chairs for when people come in to ask about trips. Ghana Hatti is a good spot because it’s a bit quieter than the main city but still has everything we need. We handle all sorts of travel stuff, mostly local cabs and trips around the hills. The office is usually open early because that's when the drivers start their day. We don't do any fancy advertising. Usually, someone’s uncle or friend tells a traveler to come see us. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes the phone line acts up when it rains, but we are usually around. We know every curve of these mountain roads. It’s just us, working hard to keep the cars running and the schedules on track. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, but we enjoy being part of the community here. If you’re passing the post office, you’ll see our sign. We keep things straightforward and honest, just the way a local business should be.
