Ishita Tour N Travel

We’ve been based at Hotel Sun & Snow for quite some time now, right by the Old Bus Stand in Shimla. If you know the Panchayat Bhawan, you know we’re just a stone’s throw away from there. Ishita Tour N Travel isn’t some big fancy corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us here, trying to help people figure out how to get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Shimla can be a confusing place if you aren't from around here, especially with the narrow roads and the way the hills go. We spend most of our mornings answering the phone and checking on drivers. Sometimes the weather is bad and everything gets delayed, which is just how it goes in the mountains. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps pinned up on the walls. We see all kinds of people coming through the bus stand, from students to families. Most of them just want to know which road is open or how long it takes to get to the next town. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we do our work. We’ve seen the town change a lot over the years, but the bus stand is still as busy as ever. If you're looking for us, just look for the hotel sign near the entrance.
