Holidays Planners

Holidays Planners is tucked away at Mother Grace Niwas in the Shimla 10 area. We are located just below the Old Barrier Bagh, which is a spot most locals know well. It is a bit of a walk if you are coming from the main road, but it is peaceful once you get here. We are a small group of people who just like planning trips. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls. Instead, we work out of this house and it feels much more like a home than a place of business. We spend our mornings checking on hotel availability and talking to drivers about the road conditions. People find us because someone told them we were helpful, not because of big ads. We take our time to listen to what people want for their vacation. If the weather is bad, we tell them. If a place is too crowded, we say that too. It is better to be straight with people so they know what to expect. We drink a lot of coffee and keep a few notebooks full of scribbled notes about different routes through the hills. It is not a high-tech operation, but it works for us. We have been in this part of Shimla for quite some time and we plan to stay right here for many more years.
