We are located right in the middle of Shimla, specifically at Sanchayaka Tower on Mall Road. It is a busy spot in the main market. If you are coming from the railway station at Jatogh, we are just below that area. Being here for a while, we mostly deal with people visiting the hills. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we keep our maps and talk to people about where they want to go. Shimla is a big place once you get into the side roads, and we know most of them. Sometimes the weather gets a bit messy, but that is just how it is in the mountains. We spend most of our mornings checking on things and making sure the cars are ready. It's a small team here. We don't have a big corporate setup. Usually, it's just one or two of us at the desk. We've seen the town change a lot over the years. The traffic on Mall Road can be a headache, but we manage. If you need to find us, look for the tower near the market. It's pretty easy to spot once you are in the main area. We don't do much fancy advertising because most people just walk in or call us. We just try to keep things moving and help folks get to where they need to be without too much fuss. It's honest work and we like living here in Shimla. Our drivers are mostly local guys who know the shortcuts.
