We are located at shop number five in the Sood Shopping Complex here in Shimla. It’s a small place but it works for us. Being in the 171001 area means we see a lot of people passing through every day. We spend our time helping travelers figure out their plans for the hills. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, answering the phone and talking to people who walk in. The complex can get quite busy on the weekends. We have lived in Shimla for a long time, so we know which roads are blocked when it snows and which ones are clear. It isn't a fancy setup with big signs or anything. We just have our maps and a few chairs for visitors. Sometimes we share tea with the shopkeepers next door. Most days are about organizing cars and checking on hotel bookings for the guests. We try to stay busy. The winters are cold, so we usually have a small heater running in the corner. It's a simple business. We don't promise anything crazy, just honest help for your trip. My nephew helps me with the computer work since I’m not very good at it. We’ve been at this same spot for years. The rent goes up every now and then, but we stay because it’s a good location. People know where to find us. We keep a stack of local pamphlets on the front table just in case someone needs them.
