Ghumle Himachal Tour & Travels

Ghumle Himachal Tour & Travels is tucked away in Ward No 4 in Chopal, which is a quiet part of Shimla. We are right near the Upper Market, specifically close to where the Old Dav School used to be. It is a bit of a trek to get up here sometimes, but we have been in this spot for a while now. Most days involve sitting at the desk and figuring out routes for people coming through the mountains. Being in Chopal, we see a lot of the local traffic and folks heading further into the hills. The weather gets cold fast around here, so we usually have a heater running in the office during the winter months. It is not a big corporate setup, just us in a small room with some maps and a phone that rings quite a bit. People stop by after visiting the market or when they are walking past the old school grounds. We know the roads around Shimla pretty well because we live and work right here. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the power goes out, but that is just how it is in this part of the world. We focus on getting cars and drivers ready for long trips. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we handle the bookings and talk to drivers about the road conditions. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everyone is where they need to be.
