Our office is situated at number 91 on The Mall in Shimla. If you have ever been to Shimla, you know The Mall is where everything happens. We have been here for a good amount of time, watching the crowds go by from our window. It is a decent spot for a travel office because so many people walk past us every single day. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual stuff like computers, some old files, and a few maps pinned up. We mostly deal with tickets and tour planning, both for local areas and places further away. It can get pretty loud outside with all the tourists and the occasional monkey causing a ruckus on the roof. We aren't some big polished agency with a lot of fancy uniforms. We are just a few people who know how to book a flight or a train. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to ask people to wait a bit while we refresh the page. That’s just how it goes here. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, trying to get the best routes sorted out. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people just see our sign while they are walking to Scandal Point and come in. We like the pace of working on The Mall, even if it gets a bit much during the summer season. It is just a regular local shop doing its thing every day.
