We are based out of 379/19 in Phagali, which is pretty handy because it's near the New ISBT. If you’re coming into Shimla by bus, you’re basically right near us. We also spend time over near the Mall Road and Tuti Kandi areas. It’s a lot of moving around. This business isn't anything fancy, just a small office where we handle the daily grind of travel bookings. We've lived in Shimla most of our lives, so we know these streets and shortcuts pretty well. Working near the bus stand means we see a lot of people coming and going every single day. It’s a loud, energetic part of town and we like being in the middle of it. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re a corporate giant. We’re just a local team trying to make a living by helping people navigate the hills. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with the traffic and the tourists, but that’s just how it is here. We try to stay organized, even when there are ten things happening at once. We talk to the drivers, check the routes, and make sure the vehicles are ready to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking maps. We just do our work and try to be decent to the people who walk through our door. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We like the hustle of the ISBT area and keeping things moving.
