Krishna Bricks

We are over here in Talgaon Village, right in the Nigohi Block. If you know where the State Bank of India is, you can pretty much find us since we are right near there. Krishna Bricks is just a regular place where we deal with a lot of mud and fire all day long. My clothes are usually covered in red dust by noon, and that is just how it goes when you are working with bricks. We have been in this spot for a while now. The yard gets really busy in the mornings when the trucks come in to load up. It is not a fancy setup, just a kiln and some space to stack everything. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when the rain starts and we have to cover everything up fast. Most of the people around here know us because we have been around for a bit. We don't really do much advertising, people just see the stacks of bricks from the road and stop in. The Nigohi area is growing, so there is always someone needing something for a wall or a small house. We just try to keep the bricks moving and keep the kiln going. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the village, but it is what we do. You see the same faces every day, and we like it that way. Just a local business trying to get the job done.
