You can find us at G 31 in the Cross River Mall, which is located on Plot No 9B & 9C in the Central Business District of Shahdara. Being inside a mall is actually quite nice because we get plenty of air conditioning during those hot Delhi summers. We are right there in East Delhi, and the area is always buzzing with people shopping or going to the movies. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our real estate planning and meetings. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and people looking for a new place to set up shop or live. Since we are in the CBD, we see a lot of commercial interest, but we handle all sorts of property matters. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on various sites around Shahdara. We don’t have a flashy setup, just some computers and a bunch of files that need organizing. People often drop by while they’re out doing their shopping just to see what’s new in the property world or to check on prices. We try to keep things straightforward. If a deal looks good, we say so, and if it looks like a headache, we say that too. It’s a busy environment but we’ve gotten used to the mall noise. It’s just how we work, right in the middle of everything where people can find us easily.
