Dixit Properties

We have been running things here at B 169 in Vivek Vihar for quite some time now. It is a small office, nothing fancy, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people who stop by to talk about houses. My father started this work and now I spend most of my days here looking through old property files and answering the phone when it rings. Vivek Vihar has changed a lot since we first opened the doors. There used to be more open space, but now it is all built up. People come in asking about renting a floor or maybe selling an old plot they have had for years. We mostly just know the local blocks around here. It gets a bit dusty in the summer when the wind blows through the door, but we keep the fan running. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to sit and chat about the neighborhood news. We don't really do much advertising because most people just see our sign outside while they are walking to the market. It is a simple way to make a living. Dealing with paperwork takes up a lot of time, and sometimes the rules change, so we have to keep up with that. There is always a stack of documents on the corner of my desk that needs sorting. It's just what we do every day.
