Goel Properties

Goel Properties is situated over in Dilshad Garden, specifically at D 27 right by the GT Road. If you've driven through this part of Delhi, you probably know how busy it gets. We are in a spot that makes it easy for people to stop by while they are out and about. We deal with local property stuff, mostly helping people find a place to stay or sell their old spots. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has a couple of chairs and a table where we look at maps and papers. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. We try to keep track of what's available in the blocks nearby. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to owners. We don't have a fancy website with thousands of listings; most of our work happens through word of mouth and people seeing our sign on the road. Some days we are out all afternoon showing apartments, and other days we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the phone to ring. Being on the GT Road is good for business because everyone passes by. It’s a bit noisy with the horns and the trucks, but that’s the trade-off. We just keep things straightforward and tell people what’s what without any big sales talk. We have been here for a while and know most of the local street names by heart.
