You can find us right in the D Block Market here in Vivek Vihar. It’s a familiar spot for most folks who live around this side of town. Being located in a market means there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been at 2 Vivek Vihar for a good bit of time now, and we’ve seen the shops change hands and the streets get busier. Working in real estate in this neighborhood means we talk to a lot of neighbors. It’s mostly just chatting about what’s available or who is moving where. We don’t have a massive office or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we keep our files and meet people who are looking for a place to stay or sell. Sometimes the market gets noisy, especially in the evenings, but it makes the day go by fast. We know the blocks around here like the back of our hands because we walk them so often. People stop by just to ask a quick question or check on a price they heard about. We try to be helpful and honest about what we see in the local market. It’s not a complicated business if you just tell people the truth about the properties. We handle the usual stuff—renting, buying, and making sure the paperwork is in order so nobody gets a headache later. It is a simple way of working, but it has served us well for all these years in the market. We don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon.
