This office is located at B-180 in Jhilmil Colony, which is right near Vivek Vihar in Delhi. It is a pretty busy neighborhood with a lot of local shops and families living nearby. We handle property and real estate matters from here. It is a small branch, so we don't have the big flashy setup you might expect from a global name. We focus more on the local area around East Delhi. Most of our day is spent on the phone or going through property records and market data. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a kettle for tea. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to people who are looking to buy or lease space. Delhi real estate is always a bit chaotic, so there is never a dull moment. We have been in this spot for a while, and we know the streets around Jhilmil and Vivek Vihar quite well. Parking can be a nightmare around the colony, so we usually tell people to come by metro if they can. We don't have any big sales pitches or corporate slogans taped to the walls. We just try to keep our records updated and help out with the property questions that come our way. It is a lot of routine work, but it is important for the people we deal with. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come in.
