Dilshad Garden has its own specific vibe, and we’re right in the middle of it near Radco Hospital. ACPR PROPMART LLP is located at I-121C, Pocket I. It’s pretty easy to find if you know where the hospital is. We spend our days dealing with East Delhi property matters. It’s a lot of talking to landlords and showing people around flats that all kind of look the same after you've seen enough of them. The office is a very basic space where we keep our files and meet people. We aren’t trying to be some big national chain or anything like that. We’re just local people working in Shahdara. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a real headache, but that’s just part of living in Delhi. We handle the paperwork, the keys, and the signatures. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a formal meeting, which doesn't happen often. Most of the time, it’s just us in jeans and shirts, drinking chai and looking over site plans. We’ve seen the area change over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get a fresh coat of paint. We stay busy enough. If someone walks in, we put the tea down and get to work. It’s a small operation, but we know the streets here better than most of the big companies do.
