Semradangi Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Semara Dangi, specifically at Ghanshyam Singh’s house. We’ve got the 466001 pincode area covered. It’s a group of us farmers who wanted to do things a bit differently. Instead of just growing things and hoping for the best, we formed this company to manage our sales and inputs. Ghanshyam, who is Ramnarayan’s son, handles a lot of the day-to-day coordination. It’s a quiet village mostly, but the office gets active during the sowing and harvest times. We don't have any professional managers from the city. We are just local people who know the soil and what it needs. We spend our time checking on the crops and figuring out where to get the best seeds for the season. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't have a big fancy office with computers and leather chairs. It's more of a place where you can come and have a glass of water while we talk about the market rates. We help each other out with the machinery too. If one tractor is down, we find another one in the group. That’s the benefit of being a producer company. We are all owners in a way. It’s about keeping the community strong and making sure our families can keep farming for another generation. We don't have time for fancy talk, just the work that keeps us going. It's been a long journey but we keep moving forward together.
