If you're looking for us, we're right by the bus stand on the main road in Barkheda Hasan. We’re at Shop No. 1, care of Kapil Kumar Dhoot. It’s a busy little spot because of the buses coming and going all day. Sehore Farmland Producer is our small company where we handle everything related to the local farms. Being right on the main road means we get a lot of foot traffic. People stop in just to say hello or to ask about the market. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. It’s just a shop where we keep our records and meet with the farmers. Kapil is usually around to handle the day-to-day stuff. We focus on what’s growing in the fields around Sehore and how to get it to the right places. The noise from the bus stand can be a bit much sometimes, but it keeps us connected to what's happening. We’ve got some old wooden chairs for visitors and a table that’s usually covered in receipts and grain samples. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just a group of people who know the land here and want to see the local produce do well. It takes a lot of effort to keep things organized, but we’ve been at it for a while now.
