Saikheda Kisan Fed Producer Company Limited is located in Gadarwara, over in the Narsinghpur area. We are based at Nilesh Tomar’s place, he’s the son of Surendra Singh Tomar. Most of us around here have been growing crops our whole lives. We started this company because we realized that when we work together, we can get things done that we couldn't do alone. Narsinghpur is known for its farming, but that doesn't mean it’s always easy for the small guys. We handle everything from getting seeds to figuring out the best time to take our produce to the market. It’s a very hands-on job. You won't find anyone in a suit here. We are usually out in the mud or checking the irrigation pipes. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just use what we have and make the best of it. The idea is simple: if one of us does well, it helps the rest of us too. We talk a lot about the crops and the prices, trying to keep everyone informed so nobody gets left behind. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are long, but we are proud of what we do. We are just local farmers looking out for each other and trying to keep our traditions going in a modern world.
