Vital Computers

Vital Computers is one of those shops you find in the cellar of the A/C Mall at Chenoy Trade Centre. Most people just call it CTC for short. We are located right on Parklane, which is usually a mess of traffic and people, but that is part of the charm of the area. Being in the cellar means we don't get much natural light, but the air conditioning helps keep the electronics and us cool during those really hot afternoons in the city. We have been here for a while, selling parts and fixing whatever breaks for the people who stop by. CTC is the kind of place where you can find almost any computer bit you need if you look hard enough through all the different stalls. Our shop is small, filled with stacks of motherboards and monitors waiting for a new home. It can be a bit of a maze getting through the corridors of the mall to find us, but we have our regular customers who know the way by heart. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. It is just a few of us here every day, answering phones and testing hardware. Sometimes the lunch breaks get pushed back when a customer comes in with a big problem, but we don't mind much. It is just how it goes in a place like Parklane. We try to be helpful and keep things simple for everyone who walks in. It is what it is.
