Our place is located at 8-48/1 in Bachupally, within the Qutbullapur Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a trek out here, but the space allows us to handle the larger technical projects we take on. We’re in the R.R. District, so it’s a bit removed from the main city buzz, which is actually nice for focusing on work. The facility is a mix of office space and a large technical floor where the actual assembly happens. We deal with some pretty complex stuff, so it’s not unusual to see people huddled over a schematic for hours. It’s a serious environment because the things we make have to be perfect. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few safety posters. Most of the staff are local people who know their way around electronics and precision parts. We take our morning tea breaks together, which is usually when we talk about what needs to be shipped out by evening. It’s not a flashy tech company like the ones you see in the news. We’re more of a hands-on operation where the focus is on the hardware. We’ve got a lot of equipment that needs regular calibration, so there’s always someone checking the gauges. It’s a steady pace of work without much drama. We just like to get our heads down and finish the tasks. Sometimes we work late to meet a deadline, but that's just part of the routine here.
