You can find us at Panchsheela Towers on Park Lane. We are up on the fourth floor. Ved Information System Private Limited is the name on the door, though it’s a bit dusty. We do a lot of computer work here. Most of the guys are sitting with headphones on, typing away at code or fixing some server issue that popped up overnight. Park Lane is always noisy with cars and people, but once you get up to the fourth floor, it gets a bit quieter. We started this because we knew our way around systems. It is not a flashy office with bean bags or anything. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of cables running along the floor. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We deal with data and software, trying to make things work for people who call us up. Lunch is usually someone bringing in a box of biryani or sandwiches from downstairs. We don't really do big presentations. If someone needs a system set up, we just do it. It’s steady work. The air conditioner drips sometimes, and we put a bucket under it. That’s just how it is. We’re just a group of people who like technology and have been doing this for a few years now. We stay late if a project is due, but otherwise, we head home when the sun goes down.
