Our office is at 154 R. P. Road, right across from the Bible House landmark. It’s a busy part of Secunderabad. If you stand outside, you can hear the buses and the motorbikes all day long. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. It’s not a modern glass tower, just a regular commercial building with stairs that are a bit worn down. We work in the import and export business. That means our desks are usually covered in shipping papers and customs forms. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, then jumping on the phone to find out where a container is. We have a small staff, just a few of us in a couple of rooms. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually just bring tiffins or go to the small eateries nearby. The walls are lined with old cupboards full of files from years ago. It’s a bit cramped, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. People who need our help usually know how to find us. It’s a straightforward job, though it can get stressful when things get stuck at the border. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the paperwork moving without any mistakes. It’s not a very exciting business but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and get through the stack of papers on the desk.
