Universal Systems & Services Kapra

We run Universal Systems & Services Kapra from Plot No 50/A in Vasavi Nagar. We are right by the Community Hall, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are in the Karkhana area. It is a decent spot, and having the community hall nearby means there is always something happening on the street. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have the tools we need and some space to work on the systems that people bring in. It is not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we get things fixed and serviced. We handle a variety of technical issues, mostly dealing with hardware and general maintenance. Some days the shop is full of equipment waiting to be looked at, and we have to move things around just to find a place to sit. It’s part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the work. We get a lot of people from the neighborhood dropping by. They know we are here and that we don't charge for things they don't need. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been at this Vasavi Nagar location for a while now. The building is older but it serves its purpose. We don’t spend much on advertising because we are usually busy enough as it is. We just focus on the work in front of us.
