Ultra Tech

Working at Ultra Tech in Ameerpet means you’re always right in the thick of it. Hyderabad is a big, busy city, but Ameerpet feels like the heart of the daily hustle. Our space is pretty basic and functional. We’ve got some old desks, some mismatched chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around the place. It’s not the most organized office, but we generally know where everything is when we need it. The neighborhood is full of students and workers, so there’s always a high energy around the building. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the constant honking and the crowds, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend any money on fancy decorations or expensive art. Most of our furniture has been here since the day we started. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to do a decent job for the folks who come in. Lunchtime is usually the best part of the day because we go out to one of the local spots for some spicy food and a break from the screens. We don’t have a corporate handbook or any set of rules like that. We just talk to each other across the room and figure things out as we go along. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Being in this part of Hyderabad, you learn to be patient with things like power cuts or slow internet. We just take it all in stride. It’s an honest living in a busy part of town.
