Up on the second floor of the Ganji Satyanarn Complex in Ranigunj, you’ll find us at Shop No. 208. Being on the second floor means we don’t get many random people just wandering in, which is fine by us. It gives us more time to focus on the work at Trinity Enterprises. The complex itself is always humming with activity, but our shop is a bit of a retreat from the chaos of Ranigunj outside. We’ve got a couple of old chairs for customers to sit in while we look at their devices. The air conditioning works most days, but when it doesn't, we just open the door to catch a breeze from the hallway. We handle a lot of different tech issues, from broken screens to software that just won’t behave. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s more like a workshop where we use whatever we have to get the job done. We often have parts scattered across the counters, and there’s always a printer somewhere making a weird noise. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just want to do a decent job for the people who make the climb up the stairs to see us. It’s a simple life, working in the heart of the market, and we’ve grown quite fond of the view of the street from our window. Ranigunj is loud, but our shop stays focused on the small details.
