Trainee Software Engineer

It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not like being in the middle of a big business district. No high-tech furniture, just what we need to get the computers running and the code written. It’s a small operation, mostly run by ourselves without any big backing. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks talking about why the latest update broke everything. It’s a lot of trial and error, like most software jobs. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day or a sales team. We just sit here, write our code, and help our clients. It’s a practical way to work. It’s not fancy, but we have enough space for our machines and a few stacks of notebooks where we plan out the logic.
