Tpsc India Pvt Ltd is set up in the Kalyani Nagar area of Pune, which is one of the nicer parts of the city. We are located at 5/4, Kumar City, and it is a pretty comfortable place to work from. Pune has a great energy, especially in this neighborhood where there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Our office is where all the technical planning and project management happens. It’s not a very big team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, which usually makes things move a bit faster. We spend our days dealing with engineering specs and various project documents. The Kumar City complex is well-maintained, so we don't have to worry too much about the building itself. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of us have been in the engineering field for a while, so we know what we are doing without needing a lot of supervision. We don't really do the whole marketing thing because our work comes from people who already know we can do the job. The 411014 area is quite convenient for most of us to commute to, whether we are coming from within Pune or the outskirts. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and sometimes share snacks during the afternoon slump. It is a very down-to-earth environment where we just try to be productive and get through our tasks before heading home.
