Our office is in Secunderabad, over in Parsigutta. If you know the area, it’s Santhosh Nagar, and we are located in Flat 201 of the Aravind Residency. It is basically a residential building, which makes the work environment at Torquent Software Solutions Pvt.Ltd feel very different from a standard office. We have been in this apartment for a while. The address is H.No: 11-3-357/20/3. It’s a bit of a long number to remember, but most people just look for the residency name. Working out of a flat means we have a kitchen and a balcony, which is great for breaks. Parsigutta is a lively place with a lot of houses and small businesses packed together. There’s always something going on outside. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist; you just come up to the second floor and knock. The rooms are filled with desks and cables everywhere. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of us are from around Hyderabad or Secunderabad, so we’re used to the local pace. We do our software work, fix bugs, and try to keep things moving. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we put in our hours and go home to our families.
