THE INDUSTRIAL AIDS

You’ll find us tucked away in Hyderbasti Lane, specifically at Door Number 5-2-391/5. We are right opposite the Arya Samaj Mandir Road, just off R.P. Road. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the lane sometimes, especially when deliveries are arriving. This part of the city has a lot of history and it’s always crowded with people and traffic. Our building is old but it works for what we need. We supply industrial items and have been doing it from this same spot for quite a long time. There isn't a lot of space for a fancy showroom, so we use every inch of the shelves. It’s a bit like a maze inside with all the boxes and stock. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone calls asking for a specific part, we usually know right away if it's in the back. We don't do much advertising. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years because they know we are here. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We open the shutters in the morning and help whoever walks in. It’s noisy outside with the R.P. Road traffic, but we are used to it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you are walking down R.P. Road, you have to keep a sharp eye out for the Mandir turn. It’s easy to walk past it if you aren't paying attention.
