The Hiring Tool

The Hiring Tool is over at 37, Paigah Colony, Phase I. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Anand Theatre in the Bad area of Uttar Pradesh. It is a pretty busy neighborhood and there is always something going on outside our doors. We spend most of our time at the office looking through stacks of resumes and talking to people who are searching for work. It is not a fancy place with glass walls or expensive art. We just have some sturdy desks, computers that work most of the time, and a printer that occasionally acts up. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we know each other well. We usually take a break in the afternoon to get some tea from the stall nearby. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy speeches. We just sit down and try to help people find jobs that fit them. Some days are really quiet while others are a bit chaotic with phones ringing all the time. The theatre nearby makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when we get a lot of applicants at once. It is just a regular office where we do our best to be helpful and get the day's work done without too much fuss.
