Technical Assistant

You can find us at Flat 202 in Sri Manikanta Towers, which is located in the Officers Colony area near the ECIL Post in Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a more residential setting, working out of the apartment block there. This isn't a retail shop with a big sign out front. We’re just a couple of guys, Yogeswara Rao and Rakesh Kumar, who handle technical assistance for the people in the building and the surrounding colony. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Most of our work comes from neighbors or people who live nearby in ECIL. We deal with all sorts of technical problems, mostly stuff that people can't fix on their own at home. It’s a quiet place to work, which is nice when you’re trying to figure out a tough hardware issue. We don’t have any corporate backing or fancy slogans. We just fix what's broken and try to make sure everything is working like it should before it leaves our hands. Hyderabad is a big tech city, but we stay small and local. It works for us. We keep things pretty informal. If you’re in the colony and need a hand, you usually just give us a call or stop by the flat. We don't have a big staff, so it's just the two of us making sure things get done right.
