We are set up at 107 Brahmanvada, inside the Airlines Apartments over in Begumpet. It's a residential area, so it's a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. We handle a variety of tech solutions for folks in the neighborhood and some businesses further out. Our office is basically a converted space that fits our computers and tools. It's nothing special to look at, just desks and chairs and some spare parts in the corner. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on screens. Sometimes a client will drop by to pick something up or ask a question. We don't have a receptionist, so you just knock and one of us will come to the door. It’s a small operation. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know our way around most tech problems. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get through the day’s tasks and make sure the hardware we fix actually stays fixed. Begumpet is a good location, and being in the apartments makes it feel a bit more personal than a big office building. We're just regular people trying to keep things running for our customers without making it complicated. Most people who live nearby know us by now, and we're around to help whenever a laptop dies or the internet goes wonky at home or in their small offices. It is just what we do every day and we keep it simple.
