You can find Adiro Systems Pvt. Ltd. up on the fourth floor of Shalina Residency, room 402. It’s over in Vijayapuri, Tarnaka. Since we are in a residency building, it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile office. We have a kitchen area where we spend a lot of time making tea and talking over the day's tasks. The view from the fourth floor isn't bad either; you can see a good chunk of the neighborhood from here. Our team is small, so we all know each other well. We don't have any formal dress codes or strict hierarchies. If there’s work to be done, someone just grabs it and gets started. We deal with various systems and software, and it’s mostly just a lot of typing and testing all day. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up getting a bit of exercise on the stairs. It’s all part of the experience of working here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Tarnaka; we just want to do decent work that we can be proud of. Most of our clients are other businesses who need someone reliable to handle their technical needs. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the screens.
