Our office is tucked away in Srinivas Nagar, Secunderabad, at H. No 11-3-366/4/A/32. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you find the house, you will see our setup. We started Tarkshya Computer Solutions because we were always the ones fixing things for our friends and family anyway. Now we do it for a living. The space is filled with cables, old monitors, and tools. It is definitely not the kind of place where you would see people in suits. We usually have a few machines taken apart on the workbenches at any given time. The air in Secunderabad can get pretty humid, so we keep the fans going all day while we work on code or hardware issues. It is a local operation, and we like that we can actually talk to our customers face-to-face. We are not a big tech firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who really know our way around a motherboard and some software. People in Andhra Pradesh have been coming to us for a while now because they know we will not give them a hard time. We just look at the problem, tell them if we can fix it, and then get to work. It is a quiet life in Srinivas Nagar, mostly, except for when we are testing out a loud server or something. We are just regular folks who happen to be good with computers.
