Tanla Solutions Ltd is based over in the Dr A. S. Rao Nagar area, near ECIL in Hyderabad. We’ve been in this part of the city for a long time. It’s a good spot because it’s a bit away from the extreme noise of the city center but still has everything we need. Our office is where we handle all our technical work. We’ve got a team that stays pretty busy with different projects. It’s not a fancy glass tower or anything. It’s just a solid workplace where people come to get their jobs done. We deal with a lot of data and communication stuff, which keeps everyone on their toes. Hyderabad has grown so much since we started, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Even though we’re a limited company, we try to keep things grounded. You won't find a lot of corporate jargon here. We just focus on the systems we build and making sure they don't crash. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the local stalls nearby. It’s a regular routine for most of us. We have people who have been with us for years. We don't spend much time on fancy self-promotion. We’d rather just let the work speak for itself. It’s a straightforward environment. We show up, do what needs doing, and head home. That’s how we’ve always run things here in ECIL.
