Supervisor

I’ve been working out of Plot No 130 in Ngos Colony for a while now. Vanasthalipuram is a busy area, but this corner stays pretty quiet mostly. People usually come by when they have questions about the work we do here. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular space where things get done every day. I spend most of my mornings checking on lists and making sure the staff knows what the plan is for the afternoon. Sometimes the traffic in Hyderabad gets a bit much, so getting here early helps me settle in before the phone starts ringing. We handle a lot of the day-to-day oversight things for various tasks. It's mostly about keeping track of what's happening on the floor or out at the sites. If someone needs a hand or if there’s a small problem with a task, they usually find me at my desk. It isn't always exciting, but it's steady and honest work. We have been in this part of the city for a bit, and we know the neighbors well. Most of the people around here are families or other small shops. I try to keep things organized without making it too complicated for everyone else. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too formal, just making sure the hours count for something at the end of the shift. We don't have a big sign out front, so you really have to look for the plot number on the gate. It works for us.
