Supersolve

Our office is called Jayakrishna at number 48 in the Shivaganga Layout of Bangalore. If you have ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know the traffic can be a real headache, so we try to do as much as we can without leaving the building. It is a modest place with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on solving whatever issues our customers bring to us, which can vary quite a bit from day to day. Some days we are buried in paperwork, and other days the phones won't stop ringing. It’s a bit of a mix. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air when the office feels too small. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day compared to the main roads. We have a couple of people who have been here since the start and they know where everything is kept, which is lucky because the filing system isn't as tidy as it could be. We don't use a lot of fancy software to manage things; a lot of it is just written down in ledgers or kept in our heads. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without making a big deal out of it. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We're just a small group trying to keep the business going.
