We operate out of Plot 23 B in Royal Enclave. It’s right there in Mano Vikas Nagar, Bowenpally. It’s a decent enough spot for an office, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Most days are just spent sitting in front of screens or talking on the phone with folks who have issues with their systems. We handle a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people if we tried to explain it. There are always boxes of hardware piled up in the corner because deliveries come in at odd times and we don't always have time to sort them right away. The team here is small. We’ve known each other for a long time, so there’s no need for formal meetings or any of that corporate stuff. We just talk across the desks when something comes up. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that feels like a bigger crisis than the actual work we are doing. People think tech is all sleek and clean, but our desks are covered in notebooks, cables, and half-finished projects. It gets a bit cluttered during the busy weeks. We deal with various software and hardware bits throughout the day. If a server goes down or someone needs a system update, we handle it. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most folks who come here already know where we are. It is just a regular job.
