It’s mostly quiet during the day, which is good for our concentration. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or professional photos of the office. What you see is what you get. We are just a group of people who come here every morning to work. We talk, we solve problems, and we go home. There’s no grand plan or corporate strategy. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy with the work we have.
