Srimukha Teknomark Private Limited is up on the 4th Floor of the YSR Complex. We are in the B-1 section of Phase II in the TIE Balanagar area. Balanagar is a huge industrial hub and it can be quite a struggle to navigate if you aren’t used to all the different phases and blocks. Our building, the YSR Complex, has a lot of different businesses inside it, so there is always a lot of movement in the hallways and near the entrance. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of exercise if we don’t want to wait for the elevator. The office is pretty simple. We have a few rooms for different tasks and a central area where most of us sit. It is the kind of place where things are a bit cluttered with papers and equipment because we are always in the middle of something. Balanagar has a very specific energy to it; it is all about making things and getting technical work done. It is not the quietest neighborhood, but it is where the action is. We have our routine here, starting early and staying until the work is finished. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign in the lobby. We just have our name on the door and our desks inside. It is a practical workspace for a team that has a lot to manage.
