We are situated in Balanagar at the Srinivasa Complex. Our office is specifically at Plot No. 13 & 14 in the Akshya Enclave area of Shobana Colony. It’s a tech setup where we spend most of our time in front of screens. We handle different kinds of technology work, from fixing software issues to dealing with hardware setups. The office is filled with cables, monitors, and parts of computers lying around. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Being in Shobana Colony means we are in a fairly active part of town, but our building stays relatively quiet which helps us focus. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who actually know how these machines work. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting problems that people bring to us. Sometimes the solutions are easy and other times we have to spend hours figuring it out. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to our clients; we just tell them what’s wrong and how long it will take to fix. It’s a lot of technical thinking and manual work with small components. We’ve been here at Srinivasa Complex for a while now and have become a regular fixture in the local business community. It's just what we do every day from morning to night.
