Our place is at H.No.128, right near Devi Communications in Shastry Nagar. This is in the Lal Bazar part of Trimulgherry in Secunderabad. We’ve been here as Sohumtech Solutions for a while. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything. It’s more like a regular house that we turned into a workspace. We do technical work, which means we spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to fix bugs. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have fans and the occasional breeze. The area is pretty old-school, which we like. There’s a lot of traffic nearby, so it’s never really silent. We have a small group of people working here. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. We handle various tech projects for different people. Sometimes it’s a lot to manage, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have a receptionist, so if the door rings, whoever is closest just gets up to answer it. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea and chat about the work we’re doing. It’s a practical setup and we’re happy with how things are going in this corner of the city. We’ve seen the street change a bit over the years, but our little office stays the same. We try to keep our desks organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up.
