Software Mnc

Our office, Software Mnc, is based at Krishnavihar in the Thiruvallam area of Trivandrum. We are located near Madathilnada, which is a fairly green and peaceful part of the city. It is actually a house that we have converted into a workspace. Most days, there are just a couple of us sitting in the front room with our laptops open. We like the breeze that comes through the windows from the trees outside. It is much better than sitting in a sealed office with air conditioning all day. There is a small tea shop just down the road where we go when we need to clear our heads. Life in Kerala has a nice rhythm to it, and we try to work within that pace. We handle various software tasks and coding projects. It is not a high-pressure place. We usually just wear comfortable clothes and sandals. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just take a break until it returns. We don't have managers or a human resources department. It is just us doing the work that needs to get done. People in the neighborhood know what we do, and we have been at this address for quite a while now. It is a steady way of life. We don't use fancy slogans. We just open up, sit down, and start our work on the computers.
