Software Engineer

I am a software engineer and I stay in Komatipalli, which is a small post in the Bobbili Mandal of Vizianagaram district. My father is A. Simhachalam, and I’ve been living here while I do my work. It’s a very local feel here, far away from the big tech parks you see in places like Bangalore. I do my coding from my room, usually sitting at a small wooden table that barely fits my laptop and a mouse. The surroundings are pretty quiet, mostly just the sounds of the village and the occasional motorbike going past. I handle a lot of different technical jobs, from fixing broken websites to writing bits of code for larger applications. It is just me doing all the work, so things move at a steady pace. I don't have any employees or a fancy company structure. I just try to be useful with the skills I have. Sometimes people in the village ask me what I’m doing on the computer all day, and it’s hard to explain software to them, so I just say I’m working. It’s a good life, being able to stay in Vizianagaram and still do high-tech work. I don't need a lot of flashy things to get the job done. Just a bit of electricity and a clear head. I like the quiet of Bobbili, it helps me focus on the logic without too many distractions getting in the way.
