Softsolution is basically the name I use for my freelance work. My name is Ravi Babu Chirumamilla, and most of my business happens through my Yahoo email account, which is under the name ravibabuchirumamilla. I also keep my cell phone on me all the time, which is the +91-9963755870 number you might have seen. I don't have a storefront or a physical office where you can come sit down. I mostly work from wherever I can find a good connection and a quiet spot. It started out as just a side project, but it’s grown into my full-time thing. I handle various software solutions for people who reach out to me. It’s a very simple way of working. I don't have employees or a boss. It’s just me and the requests that come in. Sometimes I'm working late into the night because a client has an emergency. Other times it's pretty slow and I can take it easy. I don't have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. I just rely on people finding my number and giving me a call. I try to be as helpful as I can. If someone has a technical issue, I do my best to talk them through it or fix it over the computer. It’s a practical life, and it suits me. I’ve been doing this for long enough now that I know the common problems people run into. I just keep things moving, one email at a time. It's not a big corporate machine, just a guy and his phone.
