Softquest Inc

Softquest Inc is located in Hyderabad, specifically at Flat No: 302 in Srilatha Nilayam. We are right on Sivam Road in the DD Colony area. It is a residential kind of building, which we like because it’s not as cold as a big office block. We have been working out of this flat for a while now. It’s got enough room for our desks and our computers, and that’s really all we need. Sivam Road can get pretty busy, but once you’re inside the building, it’s mostly fine. We are just a bunch of people who enjoy what we do. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just order in or go to one of the small places nearby for a bite. It is a very hands-on environment. If something needs fixing, we usually just fix it ourselves. Being in DD Colony is convenient for most of us to get to. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through others. It’s a low-key operation. We just try to stay focused on the work we have in front of us. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here, just a small group of us trying to do a good job every day. It feels more like a home office than a headquarters, and that suits us just fine.
