Sns Techno Service is over at 4-11-53 on Market Road. If you find yourself in Prashanth Nagar, you will probably see our sign eventually. The road is always noisy with people going to the market. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly fixing things and checking equipment that people bring in. The shop isn't very big, but we have enough room for our benches and tools. It gets dusty because of the open door, but that’s just how it is on Market Road. We have been here for a while and the people in Prashanth Nagar know who we are. Usually, the day starts with a few people waiting outside before we even unlock the gate. We handle a lot of different repairs, and every day is a bit different from the last one. My hands are usually dirty by noon. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from the bigger cities, which can be frustrating for us and the customers. We just tell them how it is and they usually understand. It’s a small operation with three of us working together. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going during the busy afternoons. There is no corporate manual here, just us doing what we know how to do for whoever walks in the door.
